Do I have to pay anything before my house sells?

No. Under the Pay-at-Settlement program, you sign a written contract before work begins and DACS is paid at settlement from your sale proceeds.

Your contract spells out exactly what happens if the listing is withdrawn or a sale doesn’t close. We go over it with you, line by line, before you sign.

It helps. We work with your agent on timing and with the title company so our invoice is paid at closing with your other settlement costs.

Most pre-listing work: painting, flooring, cabinet painting, repairs, power washing and deck staining. Every project is reviewed and approved case by case.

No. DACS is a home improvement contractor, not a lender. You’re agreeing to pay for completed work at settlement under a signed contract.
